Your performance times are listed in Studio Director. It is your responsibility to check your times.
The studio does not control the schedule. It is possible that dancers will be performing during school hours and our studio has no control over the set schedule.
Please arrive, stage ready, AT LEAST 1 HOUR BEFORE your dancer is scheduled to dance. This allows us time to properly warm up and rehearse as a group before we perform.
If you are running late please email the office. Do not message or post on BAND. If your dancer misses their rehearsal with their group they may not be permitted to dance with their group on stage.
Each festival reserves the right to run up to 30 minutes ahead of schedule, so running even five minutes late will affect the group.
